In a session held on 21st September 2024, led by school counsellor Ms. Mahita, teachers from FS1 to Grade 3 participated in ‘Connect and Empower: Enhancing Classroom Strategies Together’. The focus was on understanding and managing learners with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities (LD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Teachers gained insight on how to identify and support learners through effective classroom strategies and one-on-one interventions. An engaging group activity fostered collaboration as educators shared experiences and discussed best practices.

These initiatives not only empower educators but also enhance the learning experience, fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment where all children feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
