The enthusiastic learners of Grade III Quails presented a heartwarming assembly, ‘A Tribute to Teachers’, on 25 th September in the serene School Greens. The assembly opened with a beautiful prayer, fostering a spirit of gratitude. Learners expressed their admiration for both their parents, the first teachers in their lives, and their educators, acknowledging their vital role in shaping young minds.
A soulful Sanskrit shloka, followed by a melodious tribute, set the tone for the assembly. Learners shared insights about renowned Indian educationists and highlighted school programmes that nurture essential 21 st -century skills. A captivating skit showcased how the integration of various subjects can make learning engaging, reinforcing the crucial role of mentors in education.
The learners’ beautiful dance performance added a final touch of appreciation for their teachers, and the assembly concluded with a thank-you note from the Class Teacher, Ms. Sukoon Chopra. The assembly not only celebrated the bond between learners and facilitators but also deepened the sense of unity within the school.
