On 22nd August 2024, X Fuji and Whitney's class assembly, themed "Into the Unknown," took place in the outdoor basketball court. This assembly was more than just a creative display; it was a powerful call to action, emphasizing the urgency of sustainability and the need to address our present challenges to secure a better future. The assembly, set against the symbolic contrast between fire and ice—representing hatred and cold-heartedness—proposed a vision of a harmonious existence. Through a dynamic mix of dance, drama, poetry, and music, students explored the themes of balance and unity. Performances ranged from a soulful musical rendition of Kun Faya Kun and Unwritten to dance routines blending classical and modern styles, all illustrating the interplay of contrasting elements and their potential for harmony. A notable highlight was a skit featuring a superhero, which captivated the audience and underscored the assembly's core message: addressing current environmental and social issues with immediate action is crucial for shaping a sustainable future. The skit exemplified how creative expressions can be powerful tools in advocating for change and fostering a sense of responsibility towards our planet.
