With the advent of NEP 2020 and the structured National Curriculum Framework, it has become even more imperative to assess and evaluate learners holistically. Providing students with opportunities to showcase their skills across both Scholastic and Co-scholastic domains is essential for their overall development. PARAKH – Holistic Progress Card is a pioneering initiative by NCERT designed to offer learners a comprehensive, 360-degree view of their performance.
Under the visionary leadership of Director-Principal Ms. Anita Malhotra, the Vice Principal, Ms. Ritu Jawa, attended a ‘Two-day Teacher Training Workshop on PARAKH’s Holistic Progress Card’ across all levels, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) on 18th and 19th Feb. at the IHC, New Delhi.
The Workshop featured in-depth discussions on Holistic Assessment, bringing together educators from Delhi-NCR and neighboring states for an enriching exchange of ideas. The sessions were truly invigorating, marked by thought-provoking deliberations and engaging interactions.
Esteemed Resource Persons, Ms. Zahra Kazmi and Ms. Bidisha Majumder from PARAKH-NCERT, thoughtfully addressed participants' queries and valued diverse perspectives.
