Lotus Valley International School extended a warm welcome to the Japanese delegation of students who recently visited the school as part of the Indo-Japanese Student Exchange programme. On March 26, 2025 students of XII Archimedes and Tesla conducted a special assembly themed, ‘Indo-Japan: A Way of Life’ to mark cultural harmony and friendship between the two countries.
The assembly commenced with a mesmerizing semi-classical dance that invoked the blessings of Almighty and aptly set the tone of peace and reverence. This was followed by a heartfelt performance of poetry and soul-stirring shlokas, reflecting the deep-rooted traditions and spiritual richness shared by both Indian and Japanese cultures. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere was an enchanting group song that symbolized unity in diversity, echoing the essence of Indo-Japanese relations.
The event concluded with an inspiring message from the Vice Principal (Sr. Wing) Ms. Monika Jasrotia & Vice Principal (Middle & Jr.Wing) Ms. Ritu Jawa who, on behalf of the Director-Principal Ms. Anita Malhotra, encouraged everyone to uphold the values of mutual respect and appreciation and strengthen the beautiful bond of friendship that exists between India and Japan.
