“School bells are ringing loud and clear; vacation’s over, school is here.” — Winifred C. Marshal “ Refreshed Minds, Ready to Shine!”
The school campus buzzed with joy and excitement as learners returned on 2nd July after a refreshing summer break. Cheerful greetings, laughter, and shared holiday stories echoed through the corridors, setting a joyful tone for the new term.
To ensure a smooth and engaging transition, creative and interactive activities were organised across all grades. FS1 learners enjoyed ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ story with craft, while FS2 brought ‘How Tiger Got His Stripes’ to life through puppet-making. FS3 participated in a ‘Truth and Lie’ game and created memory jars.
Grade I learners crafted buzzing dragonflies and shared stories in the ‘Reunion Joy’ activity. Grade II expressed their holiday experiences through the ‘My Summer Suitcase’ art journal. Grade III designed a ‘Summer Scoop’ ice-cream parlour, with each scoop representing a special memory.
These activities fostered creativity, connection, and a renewed enthusiasm for learning, marking a cheerful beginning to the academic session.
