A Bond of Love and Celebration

At Lotus Valley International School, we nurture values through traditions. Our learners from FS1 to FS3 explored the significance of Rakshabandhan as a celebration of love, protection and togetherness

Our imaginative FS1 learners made creative rakhi’s using heart and circle-shaped cut-outs, reinforcing shape recognition in a fun way. Our thoughtful FS2 learners were engaged in a meaningful discussion about the festival and crafted beautiful tricolour rakhi’s, symbolising patriotism and love. Similarly, our  FS3 learners enjoyed a festive story, decorated a traditional thali and made vibrant rakhi’s to take home.  It was a heart-warming celebration that nurtured cultural values and joyful learning.
