Industry Connect Program Learning in Action!

Grade 12 students from Lotus Valley International School, Gurugram, had the opportunity to visit Mother Dairy, Patparganj, Delhi, one of the largest milk processing plants, for an enriching industrial experience.

They learned about the milk procurement process, followed by chilling, quality testing, and transportation to the plant. Inside the factory, students observed the use of advanced machinery in pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging.

Officials emphasized the importance of quality control, hygiene, and cold chain logistics in ensuring the delivery of safe milk to consumers.

The session connected classroom concepts from Business Studies, Economics, and Accountancy to real industry operations. The visit also sparked interest in entrepreneurship opportunities within the food and dairy sectors.

A highlight of the visit was the interactive Q&A session, where students clarified doubts and deepened their understanding.
