“Technology is the light that brightens the future of humanity.”
Technology, with its rapid advancements and pervasive presence, has become an essential part of modern life, revolutionizing communication, work, learning and entertainment. We celebrated National Technology Day on 11th May to acknowledge significant technological achievements.
Our FS-I learners explored modern gadgets like smartwatches, smart boards and crafted laptops using paper and fingerprints, enhancing their understanding and inspiring further exploration. FS-II learners participated in 'Tech Trends,' a center created for Technology Day, where they discussed the pros and cons of screen time and created paper laptops, fostering creativity. Similarly, FS-III learners explored the evolution of technology and made paper cup telephones, encouraging imaginative thinking.
The creative learners of Grade I were introduced to the significance of National Technology Day through a PowerPoint presentation expressed their thoughts on the benefits and drawbacks of technology through writings and illustrations. The inquisitive learners of Grade II debated on ‘IQ versus AI’, analyzing both concepts and sharing their findings. Grade III learners examined technology's role across various sectors, designing gadgets that could benefit the Earth, from eco-friendly energy solutions to sustainable transportation.
The celebration of Technology Day was a milestone in promoting technological literacy, serving as a catalyst for curiosity, passion for learning and equipping learners with essential skills for a technology-driven world.
