Lotus Valley International School, Gurugram took great pride and gratification in heralding the Valedictory Ceremony of the colossal event, LOTUSMUN’23...Ambassadors of Hope, on 30th April 2023. This mega event provided unprecedented scope and opportunities to the delegates to consider the pressing global issues and create strategies to address them focused on building more equal, inclusive and sustainable systems- both economic and social fostering balance bringing about peace and harmony in space, sky, earth and the environment. A total of 20 committees with astute delegates participated in insightful deliberations and discussions. This prodigious event was graced by the presence of the most venerated Chief Guest, Mr Aman Gupta, CMO and Co-Founder at boAt Lifestyle and, our virtuoso musician Mr Rahath Malladi and the treasured member of the Managing Committee, Mr Harkaran Uppal. The occasion commenced with the euphonious Lotus Choir, a performance that carved an exceptional place in the hearts of the assemblage with tonal bliss and elation. Following this was an empowering address by our philanthropic and cherished Director Principal, Ms Anita Malhotra whose unyielding support and phenomenal leadership motivated the learners to strive hard to achieve success in life. Adding to the exultation and jubilation in the minds and souls of the convocation was an invigorating rendition by an illustrious musician, Mr Rahath Malladi, who set the stage on fire with his charismatic personality and bounteous nature. Mr Aman Gupta’s spellbound ‘Koffee with Kaina’ session gave our zealous delegates a great sense of appeasement and fulfilment. The scintillating dance performance, ‘AMBASSADORS OF HOPE’ filled the auditorium with thunderous cheers and acclamation. The glorious occasion climaxed with the felicitation ceremony to acknowledge the hard work and talent of the young leaders for their stupendous feats. The Best School Award was bagged by Modern School, Barakhamba, New Delhi. 60 awards were given away – 1 Best Delegate, 2 High Commendations awards for each committee along with Verbal Mentions. The successful culmination of the LOTUSMUN’23 Valedictory Ceremony was marked by Secretary General, Jaanvi Pande and Abhie Gupta with the strike of the Gavel.
